Objectives

Introduction

Objectives are units of functionality that can be combined to create your AI receptionist. Each Objective has a singular function (e.g. to greet the caller) but when combined with other objectives, can create rich functionality.

Simple Example - Greeting Objective

An example of an Objective is the Greeting.

Add a Greeting objective by selecting it from the Add Objective List:

For Business Hours, go ahead and select "Create New" and create a new "Business Hours" to be used:

You can set up your Business Hours similar to the following:

When you've finished configuring the Business Hours click Save.

Now go ahead and assign a greeting to the business hours and after hours greeting fields.

After saving your changes, you can use the Test Script button to verify that the AI receptionist greets you.
